Upon receiving your custom cake order, we will begin processing and preparing it for your requested date.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

For shipping, we offer the following options:

    1. For smaller options (such as Sample Flavour Boxes), we use AusPost Express for shipping.
    2. For complex orders such as wedding cakes or larger custom cakes, we provide in-house delivery services.
    3. For other orders, we offer shipping via reliable courier services.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and the shipping method selected for your order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the requested date. For smaller options shipped via AusPost Express, delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 business days. For complex orders with in-house delivery, our team will coordinate with you to determine the best delivery date and time based on the requested date.

Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

For orders shipped via AusPost Express, tracking information will be provided. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the AusPost website. For in-house deliveries, our team will provide updates and coordinate directly with you regarding the delivery date and time.

Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

In the event of any shipping issues, delays, or lost packages, please contact as soon as possible. We will work with the respective carrier or our in-house delivery team to resolve the issue and assist you in the best way we can. If a package is confirmed as lost, we will either replace the lost items (subject to product availability) or provide a refund.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Signature and Acceptance

For in-house deliveries or courier services, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure proper acceptance and receipt of your order. If no one is available to accept the delivery, our team will follow the standard protocol of the respective carrier or make reasonable attempts to contact you for alternative arrangements.
